Provided turnkey SIS engineering support for a polyol production expansion at a manufacturing facility in Mexico. Scope included review of PHA requirements, SIS design and selection, installation support, programming, and commissioning, along with integration to the existing DCS. The expansion covered multiple process areas including a reactor, neutralization system, two filters, six raw material storage tanks, and six finished product storage tanks. Developed and executed proof test procedures for all Safety Instrumented Functions prior to PSSR, supporting safe startup of the expanded production line.
